There are almost no people in the world who do not like to travel. Traveling is one of everyone's biggest dreams, aspirations and hobbies. Have you ever dreamed of something completely different before you set out on a journey but things are not going the way you want. I shared with you 5 important and very valuable information that caused all this. I made this list myself and everything written and recommended is based on my experience.

1. Make a Plan

Remember, making plan means doing half the work. The vast majority of people ignore the most important rule. I have not comply with this rule on my first trip abroad and the result was not good. We reached the city and walked for 3 days to the most visible places of the city. We did not know where to go for the next 2 days. When we returned, we saw some places in Batumi that we had not visited and we would almost go crazy 😬
First, determine where you are going. If it is a megalopolis or a big city, start your plan at least 1 week in advance. If you are going to travel to small towns or villages,  you can make a plan in 2-3 days. Then make a list of places to visit. Get a lot of information about that place on the internet. Where are the places to visit? What types of entertainment are there? Where are romantic places? Write down to the smallest detail and start your journey.

2. Manage money

I said make a list of places to go in the " Make a Plan " phase. Now look at that list again and investigate which places charge a fee for entrance and learn entry prices to this places on the internet.
The history of your trip may coincide with the world's largest music festival and you will not want to miss this chance or if you are crazy about football, FIFA World Cup can be held in the country you are going to. If you are going to join such events, make sure you add it to the list in advance. It can be museums, botanical gardens, festival and concerts, different entertainments, attractions, sport competitions, etc. This may vary according to your taste. After preparing the list, write down approximate prices. Finally, you will determine the level of inflation in the country based on the total amount you calculate. Something that comes cheap to you can be expensive to someone else. Therefore, everyone should act according to their budget. Let me say this without forgetting that, also add to this list the cost of transportation from your home to the place you are going to.
Finally, I would like to say something. If possible, take a plastic card with you. I don't say " spend ", just keep your reserve with you. This will help you feel more secure. Believe me 😊

3. Language Skills

I don't tell you to be perfect in English or in other languages. It is enough to learn any language to travel, even if only a little. The best language I would recommend to you is English. It is both an international language and one of the easiest to learn. If you do not know English and you know another language, for example Arabic, Portuguese, French, Russian, Chinese or Turkish, remember that these languages are used in certain parts of the world. Let's say you know Russian. You will be able to speak this language fluently in only 15 countries or if you know French, you can speak it fluently in about 30 countries. But English does not bring you such a restriction. That is, I know the other language, don't say " I don't need English ".
If you say you can't learn a language or you have little time to travel,  learn 100 words you will need in English. Speak only in this language with tourists during your trip. You will not be able to believe in yourself after 1 week. Do not rely too much on translation apps on your phone. Remember that knowing the language makes you more self-confident and cool 😉
In short, knowing a little English or the language of the country you are going to is enough to travel.

4. Manage Time

Many people get to where they want to travel, visit 2-3 places and then ask this question: What will we do now ? Then they search on the internet for places to visit in this city. This is not a good option. Because, you will spend extra time exploring these places and sometimes the worst thing is that you can't find  the places you want. Also, the places you will find may be in different parts of the city, which will make it difficult for you to visit all the places. Of course, you will not have time for that and your whole day will be spent on the roads. Mark your destination with a number on the map. For example, 10 places to visit in the " X " region of Rome. Mark places where you'll visit with numbers on the map. If you have a lot of places to visit, don't spend too much time in one place.
Divide your time according to the places you want to travel. 

5. Online Maps

Generally, travelers either carry a paper map or use online maps.  My recommendation is definitly online map. You can download or delete it to your device at any time. Another advantage is that it can be updated automatically every time. When you reach the place you want to travel, open any map app on your phone and find the places in the list you have prepared on the map. Online maps are the best way to find a location and most online maps are free to use. I recommend you two online maps: Google Map and Waze. Both apps can work offline. Let's say you want to sit in a restaurant nearby. Just type a cafe or restaurant on the portal. The portal will automatically show you the nearest cafes.
